Through the use of hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Life Coaching® at Bennett/Stellar University we specialize in helping clients overcome anger management issues. Our success is in our ability to harness the extreme power of the unconscious mind, reprogramming habitual patterns of behavior, such as responding angrily to everyday situations.
We usually feel anger when we are being hurt; our boundaries are being violated; our needs are being ignored; or, during numerable other scenarios where our expectations are not being met. In these situations we express anger as a means of regaining control and in that regard, it is a perfectly natural state. However anger can become a real problem when it’s experienced too frequently, too intensely, or for long periods of time.
Most people respond to difficult situations by experiencing relatively healthy emotions including stress, frustration, hurt, or fear. They reserve anger for the really serious situations in life. However, for some of us, we react to everyday situations by getting angry and it becomes an all too frequent response. Even when most people get angry, the level of anger is typically restricted to raising the voice and expressing a few choice words. However, some, find their anger much more intense. And even when ordinary people get angry to a more intense level, as a result of venting the anger, they usually find it subsides within a short space of time. And for some. once they’re into the cycle, it's difficult to get out of, leaving them with a lingering sense of anger that permeates and those around them for hours, possibly days.
The reason Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy® and Neuro-Linguistic Coaching® are so effect with anger management is because the primary source of anger is the unconscious mind. Anger is not a conscious response. If you could consciously decide to stop getting angry, wouldn’t you simply decide to do so? The reality is that this would be a little like asking your conscious mind to forget how to ride a bike.
Through hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Coaching®, we can access the unconscious mind and harness its extreme power to reprogram habitual patterns of behavior, such as responding angrily to everyday situations.
Like day dreaming, hypnosis is focused towards particular images, thoughts, perceptions, feelings, motivations, and behaviors which help change our habitual responses and learned behaviors.
Bennett/Stellar University graduates are well versed in how to work with individuals on how to create well-formed and achievable goals. One of the biggest problems in any relationship is the miscommunication or misalignment of how to have goals that move together and grow together.
Bennett/Stellar University Coaches and Practitioners guide clients through the artful and careful development of deeper levels of communication. This level of communication can help relationships at work become more productive, relationships with spouses or loved ones become more intimate, and relationships with friends become more connected and easy.
"I was quite apprehensive about attending a 15 day course and was nervous that I would not be able to keep up or that I would make a fool of myself. However, I need not have worried. The course was very well structured, paced and the Bennett/Stellar University Team were a pleasure to work with. I could not help but get happier and happier as the course progressed."
